Can anyone recommend some good exercises to do? The overhang I don’t mind but my belly still looks really big and bloated all the time, is it from the csection or excess weight, idk.
Nothing fits, even my wedding ring won’t fit my finger 😳
Exclusively breastfeeding, so I am always eating 😅

Have you looked into massaging the scar? I had a c section and I run, lift weights, walk, do push ups, and pull ups.
I started with diaphragmatic breathing, heel slides, modified dead bugs, hip thrusts/pelvic tilts, and cat cows/ bird dogs. You have to heal your core first. I recommend eating high protein foods and making sure you get your fiber in. Drink plenty of water. If you’re breastfeeding your body may hold onto some weight. Mine seems to be doing some of that but it’s not terrible

I started mummy baby yoga at 6w pp and loved it for rebuilding core and pelvic strength. I did the weekly park run with the pram (lots of mums do it and it’s really fun) even if that was walking at first in the early stages.
I’ve had 2 sections and by 6m pp I was back to my old strength. Lots of walking that pram around the park 😊
I also don’t eat after 6.30pm like intermittent fasting, so my stomach gets a full shift digesting over the evening and night. Always helped with bloat for me. Plenty of water too to help burn fat.
33, mom of 4, and just trying to find the Meredith Grey to my Cristina Yang. 😂💕 I need my person! Someone I can talk to about everything and absolutely nothing. 😂

When I got pregnant with my partner, I’ve had this intuition I’m not in love with him. We now have a 7 month old, besides not being in love with him I also am unhappy with him (lots of fighting and just realizing who he is, I don’t want to be with him the rest of my life, etc.)
I plan on discussing with a family law attorney, but how do I break this to him?
Like hey so I don’t want to marry you. I want to do 50/50 or 70/30 (since I do more parenting)
I’m just scared how he will react and afraid to hurt him…. What’s a good way to explain this to him without him getting too upset and starting an argument?

Hi all! This is my first time ever posting so let me introduce myself! My name is Timberly & I became a mama in July 2025! Shortly after having my son, I was diagnosed with pp preeclampsia which has left me in a DEEP health anxiety spiral for many many months. I’m scared of doctors, getting my bp taken, getting sick & this has also left me with feeling very alone most days! I’m not sure why I’m posting this I guess just looking for someone who can relate? I don’t want to waste my breath anymore on the anxiety & worrying when I could be spending more time with my son!! I have many months of feeling great & no worries & then boom… it’s back lol anyways! I have a sweet baby boy who is 15 months old & the funniest little boy I know so something very amazing came out of all of this. I had a friend come hangout with me once a week but it’s been busy for everyone & it being the holidays it makes it a little more difficult🫠

First time mom due 3/27.
I am so sad and disappointed that I can't be a stay at home mom. That is something I want so bad, at least the first 2-4 years. Unfortunately, my income is needed to pay our bills.
I hate how the U.S. treats and views maternity leave. I don't think I would feel this strongly if I had at least a year off. I'm extremely lucky to get 12 weeks paid as is. :/
Second time working mamas, how did you deal with this?
