Alright ya’ll I need advice or friends lol. I really want to run again. But I don’t want to pay for a gym membership, I have been followed and harassed many times in my community WHILE with my kids so running in my neighborhood is a no no (even walking because now I just have built up anxiety). Driving to a park is also a no because finding parking in my neighborhood is very hard and a blessing once you find it. What can I do ya’ll 😭 I got a running stroller. Tbh I guess I’m just venting because I could very well just carry pepper spray and a taser and go about my run. 🏃🏻‍♀️ thanks for reading lol.

Drive to paved running trails

I know you don’t want to pay, but I’d pay for a membership. It’s the safest option to be able to consistently run. If you don’t need to find a gym that has childcare, they can be as cheap as $20/month. If you have health insurance, sometimes they provide discounts for gym memberships too! And depending on where you live, weather doesn’t have to be a factor for running outside.
Option B: do cardio HIIT workouts at home! Don’t need to leave the home or driveway, and gets the heart pumping just as much.

We got a mini treadmill for me just for this - it doesn’t really go fast enough for nmore than a light jog but has a good incline _ it was around 100$, I think the more expensive ones go faster and like Leslie said a gym membership esp if insurance will subsidise

Marriage dissolving?!

So for the first time after ages went on my husbands phone whilst he was sleeping to find out he messaged a girl “hey baby” and she sent a pic and he said “sexy” and he messaged her “hey baby” again! This is when I was one month pregnant!!! I’ve been the best wife to my husband to find this. After looking at his phone again I find him talking to a prostitue, where she asks what is he looking for and he said sex and ask how much she charges! Whilst me and him was engaged. He claims it was for his friend who wanted clients as part of a business but I don’t believe him. I have a 3 month old and I just don’t know what to do because we were such a power couple and loved each other so much but I just find all this out and it’s torn my heart and shattered me. Advice please!!!
