I am a single mum to a 13 month old and I work full time (monday to friday 8 to 4). My daughter is in nursery Mon, Tues, Weds 8 am to 4.30 pm. I'm commute to the office mon and Tues and dont pick up my daughter from my mum until half 5, getting home by 6 pm. Weds, Thurs, Fri I work from home but have my daughter with me on Thurs and Fri. My daughter goes to bed by 7 pm.
I really want to start working out again (running and the gym) but have no clue how to fit it in as a single working mum! How do you manage it?

Hey, there are some great apps out there! I particularly like fiit! X

Could you get a running buggy? That way you can take your daughter with you whilst you run

You can find short workouts on YouTube. Start with something of about 20 minutes long, try HIIT or some strenght or toning videos. You may need a mat, a kettle bell or some dumbbells but for some videos you don't need anything.
For context we lost baby 20 weeks in Jan and this is our rainbow baby
I just feel like you’re only focusing on having a baby and nothing else. Like we need stability, career and a house. I was so stupid to trust what you said about you couldn’t get pregnant. Of course you could any time you have unprotected sex. That’s on me. I think you knew what you were doing. I just wished we’d discussed it first as a team not an ambush. This how it feels. Everything feels like it’s on your timescale with no plan. I do want these things with you but I do wanna sort out a plan first and be responsible
Why would you do?

21 & living in Georgia 🤎 Looking for a best friend, preferably another mom who understands the chaos of everyday life! I’m down for local or long-distance friendships. I love a good conversation, random texts throughout the day, sharing little life updates, and eventually making plans to hang out.
I’m a homebody most days, but I’m always up for getting out and doing something fun. 420 friendly 🌿 Just looking for a genuine friendship that feels natural, where we can be ourselves and actually stay in touch. 🫶🏼

I have two boys, 5&6, and both have severe autism & adhd. Im so exhausted all the time, my husband is around but he never helps and is cliff notes involved basically.
I have gotten some time to myself after I get the kids to school but i feel like the majority of my time is spent waiting and anticipating everyones needs over myself. I miss being able to dress up, and do my make up, i miss having friends and going out, or enjoying hobbies with others :/
