Today I cooked spicy braised chicken!

I cooked with instant pot!

Instant Pot Spicy Korean Chicken (Dak-bokkeum-tang)
Ingredients
* Chicken & Veggies: 1.3 lbs chicken thighs (bite-sized), 2 medium potatoes (chunked), 1 onion (diced), 1 carrot (sliced), 2 scallions (chopped).
* Sauce & Liquid: 3.5 tbsp soy sauce (1.8 oz), 2 tbsp gochujang (1.4 oz), 4 tbsp gochugaru (1.1 oz), 2 tbsp sugar (0.9 oz), 1 tbsp syrup (0.7 oz), 1.5 tbsp mirin (0.7 oz), 1 tbsp garlic powder, 1/2 tbsp onion powder, 1/4 tsp ginger powder, pinch of black pepper, and 1/2 cup water (4.2 oz).
Directions
* Mix Sauce: Whisk all sauce ingredients with the 1/2 cup of water.
* Layer: Place chicken thighs on the bottom of the pot, top with potatoes, carrots, and onions, then pour the sauce over everything.
* Pressure Cook: Cook on High Pressure for 9 minutes, then do an immediate Quick Release.
* Reduce: Stir in scallions, turn on Saute mode for 3–4 minutes to thicken the sauce, and serve! (If adding soaked rice noodles, toss them in during the last 1–2 minutes of Saute).
