Pregnacare! I’ve been buying at Sainsbury’s which sometimes has 3 for 2 deals, but now found it cheaper on Amazon.
I use boots own brand, bump and beyond. They come with omega 3 tablets too. I see a massive increase in my supply when I take them (have been expressing alongside breastfeeding to build a supply for trip away) x
I use Proceive… and I rate them, but I won’t lie… they are expensive. Sometimes Holland and Barret do deals.

I want to leave my husband
My baby is 11 months old and since he was born I resent my husband and just don’t love him.
I want to leave but financially that would be stupid as he earns a lot of money and I wouldn’t have anything to my name.
I don’t see our relationship getting better he never helps out because he’s always working but I don’t think that’s fair on me.

I feel so sad. //31 weeks pregnant twins
Lately I been not in a great headspace and been crying a lot almost like grieving over the fact that I do not have any of my so called friends messaging me since being pregnant or making an effort to come over to hang out. It would mainly be me offering to meet up in town or a small hang out area but ..The plan never goes through but since then I realised not a single so called "friends" have even bothered to check up on me or ask how the pregnancy is going as time has gotten closer and the third trimester being really difficult right now..
For example, around the end of September, I knew one of my mates were going to be out of England for a month, and I wanted to see them before they left. They never told me when other than the beginning of October, so I tried to see if they wanted to meet up, but they kept avoiding the suggestion, and I thought that was weird. Then I didn't hear from them after thar until I found out they been out of England and didn't even bother to tell me....To top it off was active all that entire month on social amd I tried messaging but dead silence for an entire month. But as soon as they sneaked back to England and still no messages. The only thing I got from them was a stupid reel, no message... I felt so deflated at this point and realised I don't think I can be friends with them knowing I have been friends with them for 4 years and had a good friendship..It was like I couldn't recognise who I was messaging or hanging out with...So I have spent couple weeks just meltdown after meltdown about it realising I have no friends who care...
My other mate isn't any better ether she hadn't messaged me once. Who knew about the pregnancy and no messages off of her. She posted that she is having a Halloween night with her mate, and I haven't heard from her since she messaged in early September and saying she was pregnant then messaged shortly after that said she muscarried unfortunately but i tried to keep in touch worrying about how she was coping but leading up to that she didn't message or respond to my previous messages.
So I'm just so embarrassed and upset about the realisation that I'm alone, no friends, no work mates messaging me since I have been on maternity leave, and I just feel so disconnected as a 25 year old I should have some women friends about at least but no..The only person that is helping ne get through it is my partner and his mum and his dad side of the family.
Does anyone relate..

Long distance or close by don’t matter to me 😊 would love someone to talk to that doesn’t end after a day! lol we can talk about anything. I’m an open book. I don’t judge, I love being there for people. I’m the type that you can always vent too💕I have snap ☺️let’s be besties??

Mom friends in near Lancaster PA!
Hoping to find one of those Mom friends that would like to talk to you each day during the workday just to make them better and faster. And then even on to have little friends for our son who's just 2 1/2.
