I had my son via IVF and he was born in 2023… so I’m planning on starting IVF again in hope of a second child. I’m 40 this year… when I had my son my AMH was 9.2 and now I’ve retreated and I’m 2.9 obviously this is low and has got lower through ageing. I just did my first round of IVF and our transfer failed. Our embryo was graded at 3BC which is considered poor. Has anyone had low/poor quality embryos and gone on to do further rounds of IVF and produce higher quality embryos? If so what did you do different second time?
