Flanges
So I have the lansinoh pump and have just been using the size that came with my pump for the past 5 weeks. I've read many places the importance of using a proper flange size for comfort and that it could even "increase" supply (meaning you'll actually be able to get all your milk out) and let me say....I've used the new flanges one time and doubled my output from my 9pm pump from the last week's average. Wowza

Also it’s annoying that spectra and Medela only make and send certain flange sizes

I know for sure I’m using a bigger flange size but that’s the only one I’m feeling comfortable in. The moment I downsize it gets really uncomfortable maybe because I’ve been pumping with the wrong one for weeks together now? :(
