Bees wax wraps

If anyone is interested in making their own. Finally! Found a recipe that works. 4:1:1 ratio. 40g wax, 10g rosin gum, 10g (I used 6g) preferably jojoba oil but I’m using coconut cause I don’t have jojoba. A little bit sticky on the fingers but this will subside with a cold water wash (in the sink not the machine!) & with use. This recipe gives a perfect stick. If anyone has a their own recipe fee free to share. I get the nice zig zag edges by using pinking shears but they are not essential. They help stop fretting but the bees wax will do that too. Material: use 100% thin cotton. Cotton/poplin blend is ok (but not ideal) if you can’t find 100% cotton however it is essential it is thin material because thick material does not soak the wax as well.
