Looks like it was caused by your cervical exam. I had the same for about a day after mine at 38 weeks. I thought my water had broken and I was slowly leaking. They didn't notice anything during the exam and whenever I wiped that day it was a bit bloody, they said to expect that. Water broke for real exactly 1 week later 🙈 and this time with a gush, so this time it was clear.

I had the same around that time also have a cervical check. I started to get contractions and lost my mucus plug. So definitely keep an eye on it.
