4 month old night sleeping schedule - thoughts please!

Hi ladies, can I have your opinions!
My little lady is heading towards 16 weeks old and has started sleeping through from 9-10pm through to 5-6am! This is fab for me and works well, but I know eventually she needs to go to bed early! So, thoughts please on:-

- do I keep up this current schedule and basically aim to put her to bed one bottle earlier in the future, around 6.30pm if poss
- or do I aim to put her to bed earlier, accept she will currently need a bottle in the middle of her night sleep, around 2am, and then aim to drop that bottle in the future?

Thoughts and tips gratefully received and also, does her current sleep at night seem ok for her age?! X

Why don’t you put her down earlier but do a dream feed at your normal 9-10 o clock? See if she stays sleeping til 5-6, that’s what I would try first ❤️

I started putting my little girl to sleep around 8 by 5.5 months and then 7 by 6 months and she did drop the bottle herself. Sometimes she picks it up when teething etc x

so, sorry, this might seem like an obvious thing, but for a dream feed do you literally wake baby up for a bottle and put them straight back to sleep? I’ve always been told by midwives, health visitor etc to never wake a sleeping baby! 😳 although I suspect she would drink her bottle in a sleepy state. thank you! X
