On demand.
Babies cluster feed a lot which is normal.

On demand, they are way too little to go into a routine. Their stomachs are still expanding and digestive system is maturing. I was looking at schedules and then this was the advice the midwife and health visitor gave me xx

On demand, its only schedule if they're not gaining weight as they should in which case they can't go a longer time without a feed, like have to feed every 3h for example, more if they're hungry earlier.
You can move more onto scheduled feeding later, this might happen more naturally with bottle feeding.

Sometimes on demand Sometimes on schedule, if my baby sleeps right after feeding i can go on schedule 2-3 hours but if she wakes up before the time i set i'll just feed her

On demand.

I feed on demand but my sons got himself into a routine now

It was on demand for me. They will wake up when they are hungry so literally just feed them then. There’s so much on making sure you wake them and don’t let go X amount without a feed. I’m my opinion it’s all nonsense and they wake up anyway so no need to stress about setting alarms.
