Cervical polyp
I posted a couple of days ago saying I thought I could feel something up inside me. I got myself in a right state and thought it may be due to cervical incompetence (sparked by previous second trimester loss). Went to midwife who said she was sure it was fine and I didn’t feel reassured at all so booked a same day private scan (highly recommend!) to check cervical length. That was fine and baby was fine but they found a 3cm cervical polyp. Sonographer said she’s not overly concerned about it but I need to let the midwife know.
Has anyone had this before? I have stupidly googled and instantly stopped because it said scary stuff. Anyone real life similar experiences on here anyone would like to share? ☺️

Hey! I am in same boat, I have my ultrasound today, but I thought I was miscarrying yesterday due to giant clots, and now there's no blood. After investigating I noticed a new polyp coming out.
I have decided to stop googling because Google is far scarier than reality, most of the time. Only symptom from them has been spotting and the possible clots yesterday.
I've been spotting since week 5/6. Hopefully today's ultrasound will be positive. Glad you have yourself a midwife who is supportive. ❤
