How long after consultation did you start treatment?
Hi Ladies,
I have had my baseline scan today at ABC IVF Manchester and everything went well. 40 follicles across both ovaries with a risk of OHSS but manageable. I have my virtual consultation on Thursday to go through next steps and was wondering how long after the consultation did you start treatment.They did say on next cycle but my next cycle is due to start in 2 weeks and was wondering if anyone started that soon? Thanks in advance 🤗

Hi, so I guess it depends on when you want to start really. I originally had my scan in July and my treatment consultation last month, should be starting stims at the end of November. My meds took 8 days to arrive so it’s possible! Good luck

Hi Erin, I have everything crossed for you! Yes it was my choice, tbh I just started a brand new job/promotion so wanted a few months in the role first. Plus it works out better as I’ll be off most of December until January.

Hi Naz, thank you so much for getting back to me. Here's hoping because I think if we miss it this month it won't be until January so really hope we have everything we need to just go ahead. Was it your choice to postpone treatment until November if you don't mind me asking?
