Burning and prickly hands and feet?

I never experienced burning & prickly hands & feet. I'm experiencing dry & sometimes itchy skin.

I have had prickly feet and hands, especially in the morning when I get out of bed. I don't know what causes it but it's not every morning. It seems to come in waves and then go away for awhile

Lord!! I thought I had athletes foot when this started. And the feeling of my skin crawling. I feel like these symptoms (including hot flashes and no period for 4months, weight gain) are too early only being 43. I have an appointment on Monday with the O.B. These things always scare me as my grandmother died from female cancer in her 30’s and my mother had to have a full hysterectomy at 38. Any information or thoughts would be welcomed.
