Raynaud’s in pregnancy

My midwife thinks I may have Raynaud’s but it has only developed in the last week or so, so at around 35 weeks pregnant. It seems to be a lot worse in one hand too with it frequently going white, pins and needles and knuckle pain on waking. Anyone else experience this?

I've had Raynaud's since my teens. Those are the symptoms, yes. Mine is severe in change of weather or if I'm stressing it acts up. Without care, mine will trigger an uncomfortable reaction that puts me in bed for the day. Ive now figured out what works for me. I used to be on vaso-dialator medication.
