Welcome everyone ,we all are new here and I believe we all are learners, please if you have any idea or anything that can help us out don't hesitate to bring it out

Do u track periods and ovulation? I'm 43 and only 6 months ago did I learn about ovulation tracking. I just did it the old fashioned way with my previous 3 and hoped it would work lol, so this is all new to me too. They don't teach you at school your only fertile 1 week a month.
