Just lost my 11yr old child.

I'm having a hard time finding support groups for parents who have lost an older child. Their death was sudden and the drs have told me there was nothing I could have done to change the outcome. I'm dealing with a lot of survivors guilt..and so much sadness. I am looking for anyone who has had a similar experience with a sudden loss of an older child.
