PCOS VS Fertility

my sister has pcos and was only able to get pregnant with ivf. you can get pregnant naturally with pcos but it is more difficult because ovulation is unpredictable and irregular and the quality of your eggs can be affected by the pcos which can result in it being harder to conceive if you were to ovulate.

I have PCOS, I’ve been trying for 6 years and I’m now waiting for my first infertility appointment. I do know people who have PCOS that have been able to conceive naturally but they’ve tried for years so it is possible. Everyone is different.

I have PCOS. Started trying early 2020. 1 miscarriage late 2020 and pregnant again now 🙏 We conceived naturally both times but had to do a lot of tracking to find ovulation.

I have PCOS .. I was on metformin to help to conceive as my periods was really all over the place, ended up going to the doctors to have a blood test done on first day of my period and three weeks after ( I’m 35 day cycle) to see if I had ovulated to check my levels 2 weeks later I got my positive test result as I was tracking my ovulation with apps but nothing was working Xxx

I have PCOS. It took one year to try to get pregnant. My cycles are all over the place so I had to track my ovulation via the ovulation tests. Don’t go by any apps…. They only work for people with regular cycles. I spent many months going by that so I may have got pregnant before then.

I had 'borderline' PCOS and got pregnant first try 🙈

No, I have PCOS, diagnosed at 15 and told that I’d need medical intervention to have a baby. I had an unplanned pregnancy, even after taking the morning after pill. I also had a chemical pregnancy, despite being on oral contraceptive. I lost a significant amount of weight, which is known to help. However, my periods were still incredibly irregular. Last period before falling pregnant with my son was early July, he was conceived in November.

I have it and im pregnant. It took 5 yesrs and two losses prior to this pregnancy. I took myo inisitol each time i fell pregnnat x

I’ve had PCOS for 15+ years. When I met my husband and we decided to TTC - I used the Tempdrop arm band to track BBT, ovulation strips for LH and pre-seed during intercourse. Just delivered my little boy two weeks ago.

I have PCOS and I have only been trying to conceive for 6 months. My period is are all over the place. Going to start taking metformin and change my diet drastically. They say try not to stress and relax, but I don’t know how to lol 🤷🏽‍♀️

Not true... Women with pcos can become pregnant and go on to have successful pregnancies. I have pcos and endometriosis and I have a beautiful 6 year old. I know the feelings of jealousy and dispair and rage. I'd given up when I fell pregnant. But is possible. Please take care of yourself xox

I have lean PCOS with regular periods, I have a LG took me 7 months to conceive, id highly recommend all women reading a book by Alissa Vitti Womancode.

I have PCOS, tried for 5 years and had 4 miscarriages. Stopped trying and 5 years later got pregnant. Unexpected and unassisted. It was a huge surprise. (Same partner). Now on track for an April birthdate.

Infertility is one of the more severe symptoms not everyone that has PCOS has fertility issues. Some people have worse symptoms and issues caused by PCOS. I have PCOS (confirmed by both blood work and ultrasound) and was so worried that because I have PCOS I would struggle to have children. We started trying for a baby right away after the wedding. I got married in august and at the end of September I found out I was pregnant.

I have the same issue PCOS and endometriosis. I'm 40 yrs old been trying for years to get pregnant no luck😔.
