A personal favourite for my 14 m/o girl is basil pesto and some coconut cream and a little bit of parmesean heated with cooked pasta, (I use buckwheat for the soft texture) and some steamed Broccoli and cauliflower and just mix it all together :)
Hey! I use passata sauce (check for ones that have less sodium or no added salt) and add in all sorts of chopped / grated veggies, herbs and spices, anything I have in the cupboard/fridge really. Then add in either some lentils or mince meat! :)
