possibly labor or practice contractions?

So for starters, if you’re worried about it, called your OB/midwife or just head into L&D for a non-stress test. No one is bothered by this, they’d rather be safe than sorry. That said, contractions hurt. Contractions start down by your uterus or back and then refer up through your stomach. Braxton Hicks start in your stomach and sometimes refer down to your uterus (by uterus i mean where it usually is, since by the end of pregnancy your uterus is your entire torso 😂). If you have 4-6 contractions in an hour that are lasting at least 1 minute and come 5 minutes apart, it’s definitely hospital time. If you can’t walk/talk through contractions, it’s hospital time. But again, if you’re worried or just not sure, go get checked out. L&D nurses are the nicest people in the world and will be so happy to set your mind at ease.

I called L&D and they said not to worry until you have four contractions within an hour. After that you can normally go in to check if you're dialating. They won't keep you until you're over 5cm dialated though.

I would call because mine were 5min apart when I was pregnant but than they stopped all the sudden you might be in the early stages of labor

The difference between practice and labor contractions for me was when I couldn't lie down comfortably. I just needed to get on all fours or the exercise ball. It could be a long process, so, relax and enjoy the last of it. Baby will be born on their birthday. Congrats!

I know it’s best to call l&d or my doctor I just like to hear others experiences as everyone is different. They stopped four hours later I just tried to sleep it off. She’s teasing me! Lol thanks for all the advice ladies! I hope she comes soon I’m tired 😩😅
The contractions are random and I feel she’s getting ready!!!
