Financial stress with credit card debt

Feeling overwhelmed and scared, I have always been someone who from the get go never put anything on my credit card unless I had the money in the bank or if I didn’t there was a 0% Apr that gave me the time to pay off the debt interest free and had a great credit score. I have been a SAHM for over 3.5 years I have a son who’s going to be 4 in November and a daughter who’s 9 months old. (I worked briefly for 6 months when my son turned 6 months old and began working part time and then when Covid hit we then moved to another state and I haven’t worked since). I want to be a SAHM, my husband works to support our family and he did just get a raise thankfully- however we have a mountain of credit card debt on my cards because we use them to pay for groceries every week. With the rising cost of groceries the debt keeps piling on. I have no idea what to do because I want to be home with my kids but I don’t know how I can contribute financially and still be home with them- they are definitely loud, I have a vocal GS dog and my husband works from home. I’m terrified right now and stressed out. And I do have depression diagnosed back in September that I take medication for and have therapy but with the insurance update my therapy is so expensive I have been canceling appointments because I rather spend the money on groceries.

You aren't the only one going through this. Have faith things will get better. Try and apply for food stamps. I have 3 babies 1 on the way (unexpected) but I can't stress. Just let's do the best we can!
