How often do you dust or deep clean your house?

Need answers that make me feel better 😆I keep overworking myself and getting up stupidly early just to do a bit of cleaning before waking my LO and going to work. I’m trying to do more self care which means I’m trying to leave things for longer than I usually would (dusting, cleaning out fridge etc). Just want to make myself feel better about doing this for myself so that I can be a better, healthier mindset person for my daughter 💓

I tend to do deep clean things when I feel like I need to. Like I won’t try and do the whole house in one go cause it’s overwhelming. I find it easier to manage this way if I just do things as and when. I also try to clean up before I go to bed each night. Waking up in a tidy organised house takes my stress away when I’m running around in the morning.
By doing a little bit each day it helps for it to not all build up too. I also recently got myself a table top dishwasher (I’m renting). So if you can get hold of things to make your life easier - do.

With that being said, I am also guilty cause I have a cleaner who comes once a fortnight. She used to be £20 but is now £24 for two hours. I kind of saw it as a takeaway, or help. I’m a single full time working mum and I couldn’t manage before I had her if I’m honest.
