Pregnancy related ear pain
Hi,
Just wondering if anyone has has had pregnancy related congestion/ runny nose that has resulted in ear pain.
I am 38 weeks pregnant with my second and have had nose congestion past 1.5 week which started as a result of a cold.Checked with doctor said it was quite common during later stages of pregnancy and advised to take Rhinocort steroid nasal spray as and when needed but made no difference.Have been doing nasal wash from time to time and using saline spray but nothing seems to be working.
Now I have come down with pain in my left ear making it unbearable for me to sleep since last night.
Have my midwife appointment today so will be bringing it up with her but just wanted to see if anyone had any suggestions or home remedies that has helped?

Not quite the same but at around 38 weeks I had the worst sinus pain on just the left side which ended up feeling like a terrible toothache but was just congestion 😮💨 seems to have cleared this week thank goodness but all I could do was saline spray and panadol.
