Taking on two big changes..help!

So have been with slimming world for some time got off nearly 2 stone and had a break over the summer and out on 8lb that’s fine I knew it would happen. I lost 5lb on the first week back but I then decided I wanted to be smoke free too, I’m day 10 in smoke free but I’ve been eating rubbish! I need some help to keep motivated as don’t want to gain weight! Any tips? I’m finding the non smoking actually really easy! The cravings for junk food not so easy. I walk loads so I’m constantly keeping fit just feel bloated and disgusting any tips appreciated

Maybe try chewing gum or mints instead of junk food or maybe an arts and crafts hobby

This was me. I'd had 4 babies in 3 years, including a set of twins. I lost 4 stone, then gave up smoking and put some back on, although soon lost it again Know you've got this xx
