Help please 😔😫

Advice or experiences please! So my ex boyfriend has massive anger issues. He explodes at the littlest of things, the arguement is never his fault it’s always because of my reactions. He’s very manipulative and a total narcissist! I have messages since the start of my pregnancy telling me to abort, wishing miscarriages and even telling me he wants no involvement due to different reasons. Then I get the opposite side too, he wants full or at least 50/50 custody. I will never trust him with my daughter, I think he’ll lose his anger with her and I am terrified of what he could do or how he’ll react! How do I limit contact or make sure it’s assisted only?? Everything is logged with the midwife, I’ve had so many hospital admissions due to stress and it effecting the baby. How have you coped co-parenting with someone who’s emotionally abused you for months and scared of what could happen next? I can deal with it but I do not trust him having her by himself.

Wow I could've written this word for word. I'm so sorry. I tried to appease my ex but it didn't fix anything. I finally put my foot down, only for him to be furious and he took me to court. It cost me $10,000 but things just went in my/my daughter's favor. Best advice I can give you is to 1. Get proof. Continue documenting EVERYTHING, try to get him to put things in writing (say you want to talk over text, etc), and get as many witnesses as possible. 2. It's scary but I doubt he'll agree to supervised visits willingly, so your best bet is to file with the court so there is a formal order. They will review the things listed in #1. 3. Lastly and so importantly, please don't make the mistake I did. I wanted my daughter to have a dad in her life and thought he would get better, so my daughter was exposed to all his behavior for 2 years. All the screaming, throwing, punching, suicide threats, and horrible verbal abuse to her that I won't repeat. I can't undo that. Our babies deserve better. Good luck ❤
