Baby not eating so much

Hiya ladies, just wanting some advice for my baby. He just really isn't so keen on dinner and is only eating a tiny bit. Any ways to try to get him to eat more only results in him getting angry. Is this something I should be worried about? We still drink milk before bedtime so he's not going to sleep hungry. Should we have an earlier dinner time?

My bubba is a small eater too. I find she eats more if we all sit down together and eat. She refuses to be fed and insists on feeding herself so I make sure that I serve food that she can pick up easily. I found that she also prefers to eat throughout the day instead of set meal times. I seem to be able to get more food in this way. She was a premmie and still on the petite side so I’m always conscious of what’s going in.

Mine was born in Feb 21 and has days where she doesn’t eat that much. As long as he is still drinking milk/ water and is hydrated I wouldn’t be concerned. He could have teeth coming through. If he’s still like this in a few days and it’s not normal I would check with your GP

Thanks for the advice ladies! I will keep monitoring him but because his energy level is always so high I haven't even considered going to the GP. I also like the idea of grazing throughout the day, but my hubby is a little more strict on only eating at set meal times to build a healthy relationship with food. Which is great in theory but not so great in practice 😅😅
