Smoking weed while breastfeeding

I smoked up until my daughter was born that quit for five months after she was born. Only because I was to scared to smoke. But i started after the five months only a few puffs a night and smoked the entire time until I stopped breastfeeding around the time she was 2. I would suggest not to get really baked. But just my opinion. I know a lot of mother that did. I believe it’s your own personal choice. There are medical studies on the subject if you are curious.
No one wants to be the mom that admits this but I will be I smoked everyday of my pregnancy to manage the morning sickness Now what I mean by that is that I would have 1 or 2 small small bowls from a bong. I also switched to organic weed. Helped the nausea and helped my appetite There were alot of days too where I didn't have any at all. I listened to My body Because of this, my midwife sent me for a few extra ultrasound She came when I Was 41w and 3 days Now I nurse, I've switched to spitting a joint with my husband once or twice a day Kalli came out at 7lb 6 Oz and 52 cm long. She's now 16lb 2 Oz and 70 cm long and she's not even 5 months yet I keep saying that between the weed and the extra week, she didn't look like the typical scrunchy alien newborn look. I still smoke a very small amount compared to what I didbefore pregnancy She's flourishing Do what helps you momma. Stress eill do way more harm then any amount of weed smoked
I vaped a few times while breastfeeding and it didn't seem to effect him🤷♀️. However, I should add that I use mostly high cbd/low thc to help with headaches as opposed to getting high these days. Jeeze, when did I get old XD I think as long as it's not a huge amount, and too often it should too much of an issue?
