Feeling overwhelmed

My son is almost 2 years old and since yesterday my son has been running fevers on and off. The only symptoms he has is fever and runny nose and is just miserable. I don’t know what to do and I feel so terrible for him cuz I just want him to be better. He just got over having pneumonia not that long ago. I just wanna cry. The highest the fever goes is 101.2 f

I’m in the same boat! My daughter has had fevers off and on for almost 2 weeks, runny nose and cough
I’ve taken her to walk ins, the ER and they told me to wait it out and it’s just a virus

It’s so hard watching your baby sick and not being able to help besides Tylenol to reduce fever :(

Yes it honestly sucks and I didn't know my son had pneumonia till after being rushed by ambulance to the hospital where I waited hours and my son just was screaming none stop till he passed out.
