Small baby 4pounds 10 oz 35 weeks

It seems like small babies must run in your family. Most of the weight is put on in the last couple months regardless. My baby girl weighed 3oz @ 30 weeks and was “low level normal” I think it’s supposed to be a 5-7 oz of growth ea week. So that’s about normal. Just lower level

Weight is not always accurate.I was told my boy was 5 pounds but he was actually 8 pounds.Your baby will put on the most weight the last couple of weeks so don’t worry.Your baby will probably be about 6 pounds (estimate)

I'm 36 weeks and my babe is 4lb 13oz (was at 35w5d) and is slow to grow and possibly even dropped in abdominal growth. I've had 6 growth scans and another in a week before they decide if they want to induce or not. But they did say if they do likely around 38 weeks. But I'm also high risk for pre eclampsia so it could be sooner 😅 but my 1st was born 5lbs 4oz at 39+3. But they tend to put on a good portion of weight towards the end and the measurements aren't always accurate for everyone so I wouldn't worry unless they say otherwise x

My first baby was really small. I was induced at 39 weeks not because her size but because personal health issues. She was 5 lbs 5 ozs when I gave birth she had to stay in the nicu for a week but other than that everything went super great! She’s now 10 months old and is wearing 18 month clothes so she caught up with her weight

My little one was thought to be 5lb at 36 weeks. I was recommended induction but I think that was due to not seeing much, if any, growth between that and a scan quite a few weeks before, so they were concerned the placenta maybe failing. It sounds like yours is growing well.
When I was induced at 37 weeks, he arrived 5lb 13 oz. So the scans aren't always v accurate. I would listen to the medical staff, they will advise for your specific situation
