Altrincham/Sale Mums

Are there any mums out there in the Altrincham/Sale area who would be interested in lunchtime walks, coffee, playdates etc? I go to baby groups with my little girl (8 months) but I find it so hard to get to know people in these settings and I don't have a network of friends who are parents so it can get quite lonely during the week. On maternity leave until May. We currently live in Altrincham but we will be moving to Sale in the next month or so.
