How difficult was the Pavlova recipe, you used?

you have to follow the list of course.
It can't be done on a rainy or humid day
Make sure to blend the sugar super fine
If one side gets way too dark you can turn the pavlova around in the oven
It's better to do it at night that way you can let it rest in the oven over night.
Corn startch and vanilla are necessity
Some people use vinegar I don't.
I can send a link of a girl that does it with vinegar and explains it well (other then blending sugar) you'll just have to skip the first part because she's talking to herself about random things. But she talks really slow so it's easy to understand and rather helpful
