Anyone have a MIL that’s literally assisting abusive behavior?

I feel like my dudes mom is really the one doing a lot of the abusive behavior stuff I’m dealing with and she’s retired law enforcement and I feel totally trapped in a horrific situation and worse I’m being threatened to take my kid and just recently had child protective services show up to my house it’s a total nightmare
