Take pictures. Document everything. Report to CPS or the police to start a paper trail if your boyfriend wants physical custody. Court takes a lot of time to adjust custody and your boyfriend will need documentation on what is happening to her.
@Indy we have reported to dcs she has four open cases with them right now and they have court on the 3rd
File an emergency hearing for an immediate change of custody due to all this. Document everything. My husband and I have sole physical custody of his daughter because of the things the mom put her through. But we got here by staying calm, documenting everything, and taking action. Also, don’t worry about being friends with BM, it will only drive you crazy honestly lol. Just love and care for the little girl when she’s with you 😊
@Miquella we have her right now for two works until the court hearing for emergency custody we have everything documented and pictures taken everything time we get her . We have to take her to the hospital almost every time because her butt is covered in buries
That’s the sad part! How do you have FOUR open fucking cases and yet STILL HAVE ACCESS TO THE CHILD!!? The system is so broken! Yet they will rip a child from a good home in less than 2 seconds with little to no evidence…. Praying for her and if possible, encourage dad for an emergency hearing/temporary custody.
That’s good at least. We learned that with the courts you have to request for what you want, they won’t just decide for you kinda thing. For example we requested for sole custody and supervised visits and they granted it. But if we hadn’t requested it they wouldn’t have suggested it. Now it took like 5 months to process through the court and finally get a ruling but hang in there. File the right stuff and document and be patient, the right thing will happen it just takes time with family court unfortunately.
@Indy that’s what I’m saying how do you still have children when you have that many dcs cases open is beyond me and he has emergency court next Friday . For the next two weeks she is safe with us . The system has definitely let her and us down

Yes we do. Wouldn’t do any of this without a lawyer, a good lawyer helps guide you so much.

@Kiara I live in the united state we don’t have that or at least I’ve never heard of it before everything is usually through the courts but we got a letter from dcs saying substantiated child abused or neglect so we are filling for emergency custody
Girl it’s nothing you can do. Dad needs to step in and go for custody/report to CPS. Too many stories of kids crying out for help and their own parent(s) ignore them and next thing you know they are dead.
