Bigger car seat compatible

I need to buy a new car seat for my baby who is now 14 months (11 kg). So far we had a car seat Cybex that was compatible supportfor Icandy wheels. Do you know any brand who produce a model for naby over 15 months that it can be fixed to the iCandy wheels as well? I need this because we don’t have a car and sometimes using the car seat+wheels instead of the stroller is very useful especially when we need a uber after a long walk. Any advices? Thanks
