Lamaze // Birthing Classes!?
I’m in the Hendersonville area willing to travel if needed but my doctor / nurse keeps telling me to “look on the Vanderbilt” website for classes. Most if not all are online and I’d love an in person class to meet other mamas and do some birth training.
Does anyone know of any local options!?

Hi! East Nashville Doulas offers birthing classes. Nova in Hermitage does as well. I think both offer in-person. Good luck!
