Anyone else do gummies while pregnant

I quit smoking but now I take a gummie before bed so help sleep. I’m 15 weeks. Idk my moms scolded me and now I feel guilty.

I smoked up until my second trimester due to horrible morning sickness, my baby is perfectly healthy
