Lifting limit
What would you say the lifting limit is for during first 12 weeks ?! I feel like my husband is being very over protective 🙈 I do know my limits with heavy things, but say shopping wise ... lifting laundry basket etc - our laundry basket is a tall one so i mean when full

I’m not sure there’s weight restrictions? I’ve been weight lifting since the beginning of my pregnancy. You should more than okay to carry laundry etc
I think they say 10kg.. but obviously people have toddlers they carry around while pregnant so as long as you are being sensible, you know your limits xx
My doctor said no more than 20lbs but my man won’t let me lift more than a couple of bags of groceries 😂 too bad he doesn’t see what I do when he isn’t around.
Im a dog groomer and the advice while pregnant in my industry is not to lift anything more than 20lbs, so your average cockerpoo. If that helps 🤣
