Help!
Does anyone know what this could be? I can’t get a doctors appointment for her until tomorrow morning? She does have a temperature and it’s not anywhere else on her body

She does or does not have a temp? Age? Kind of looks like baby acne which is normal around 4-8 weeks but there would not be a fever.
