CP questions

How long does the process of a cp miscarriage last? I’m concerned I’m going through one because my lines seem to be staying pretty faint, and in some cases getting fainter. I guess I’m just trying to figure out when I would know “for sure” that’s what’s going on. When I get my period? When I test negative? Is that even what’s happening or am I overthinking? Tests from last few days included in picture. I am 14 DPO or 4 weeks pregnant. Still waiting to hear back from doctor.
