Depends on the type and how many you make.. I don't even bother to weigh out the ingredients they're that easy to do.. Flour, eggs, milk, a little oil Type of flour depends if you want crepes (plain flour) or American style (self raising).. There are different things you can do like whisk the eggs first etc if you want fluffier pancakes or add lemon juice with a little bicarbonate of soda or even just lemonade... But I'll try not to confuse you too much 🙈 I just get carried away 😅
There’s always Google
1 cup self raising flour, 1/4 cup granulated sugar, 1 large egg, 1 cup milk, 1 tbsp melted butter, 1 tap vanilla extract, 1/2 tsp baking soda + 1 tsp lemon juice. This is my go to. You can add mix-ins like 1/2 cup of either blueberries, chocolate chips, crushed oreos, dried cranberries, raisins.
1 egg 1 banana 1 cup oats 1 cup any milk Cinnamon, baking powder. Blend everything together. Delish and healthy
https://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/fluffyamericanpancak_74828 This is a recipe for American style pancakes. I always use self raising flour instead plain and they are delicious. Top tip is to cook them on a low/medium heat for longer and only flip when they start bubbling. I don’t have a recipe for English flat/crepe pancakes as I just wing them when I make them. Hope you manage to make something yummy. Xx
