Allergy meds
EBF and I want to take allergy meds like reactine but don’t want to screw up my supply. Has anyone taken and it’s been fine? I know typically it’s decongestants that have an effect but I didn’t want to take chances.

I am not a Dr, but I can't see an antihistamine effecting your supply. Also, if you are suffering, take one. I took prescription Reactine while pregnant.
