She gave me the number for physio I’ve been ringing every other day for 4wks n can’t get through x
Keep on at the Physio’s, my midwife referred me, I’m 34+1 and suffering with it, got my appt tomorrow luckily & they mentioned giving me a support belt to help relieve the pain. Deffo keep on at the Physio’s and ask your midwife to refer you x
I’ve had it all the way through, have you bought a support? It helped a little when moving too much x
I have a support band but it’s not doing anything. My pain is mostly on inside of hips n I feel like I have a bruised faff x
I’ve had it from 20 weeks, I’m now 33. Keep trying on the physio, they’ll be able to give you exercises, ongoing support and a tubey-grip (I also ordered a velcro brace from Amazon). I find wearing a support if I’m standing or walking is really helpful at taking the weight of my bump. It’s not great when sitting as it presses your bladder 🙈 Try not to overdo it, and keep your knees together whenever you twist your legs/roll over. One of the best things I’ve done is taken up yoga for pregnancy and spend a lot of time on my ball instead of a chair. Always have good days and bad days… but try and keep moving - without overdoing it! You got this 💪🏻
I work in an SEN school , so my days are different as to what we’re doing in terms of teaching.. I hve a feeling I’m gonna have to leave sooner rather than later I don’t think I can cope another 34days at work (not inc holidays n bank hol or weekend) lol x
@Mia Chanel this is what is on my mind on a daily xxx
I had it bad and still struggle (had my son 8 months ago). A support belt and pregnancy pillow really helped.
Same I’m in pain constantly I’m 32 weeks I feel like it’s making me depressed some days it’s even just hard to walk and at night it’s even worse 😫
Have you spoke to your midwife? You can be referred to physio, they give you exercises to help and if that still doesn’t help they make you go in
