New to manassas

Hey there! Single mom of two wonderful kids. Looking looking for mom friends in the area. My daughter was just recently diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder so we are trying to balance chronic illness with a normal life, anyone have any advice. I’m open to anything at this point lol
