One nap schedule and food?
For those babies on one nap how do you fit lunch round the nap ? What time is their nap and how long?

@Denise thanks!! My girl has been fighting her afternoon nap recently but she isn't quite ready to go down to 1 nap yet .. I'm just trying to prepare for when she does drop to one nap 😅 wish she'd stay on 2 naps forever lol x
We do lunch between 12/1230 and then nap around 130/2pm she sleep between an hour and 2 hours. Bedtime bottle is normally 730pm x
Lunch about 11.30/45 and then nap around 12.30 x
We do nap anywhere between 10.30-11. She normally naps for 2 hours, then lunch after around 12.30-1 😊
