Nappy change tips? I’m going crazy 😭

Does anyone have any nappy changing tips? I know this is so typical at this age, but bubs is just bloody mental on the change table - rolling, crying, kicking right into the boobs, and he’s so strong too. I’m going crazy and dread when it needs to be done. I have tried: having a special toy just for changing (he gets over things so quickly or throws it away) singing, talking to him. I try giving him a 5 min heads-up warning so it’s not a shock (he understands me) but when it’s time he runs away from me. I’ve yelled when he kicks me hard, and I hate that and have all the guilt after too. I just want to make it less dramatic and not yell at him 😭. I’m so over it, please help!

Im going through this at 6 months so definitely following for advice

I use pull ups cause my youngest keeps on moving around it’s just so much easier

I have been using pant style diapers too. They don’t need to lie down for that. Pull ups are definitely thumbs up.! This brand Babylove is just amazing. No rashes/accidents.

Pull ups! Makes it much easier

@Hannah wow mad skills momma!! 👏

I give her my phone which can distract for 30 seconds hah. Or if desperate I’ll pin her arms down with my feet. We change on the floor now though. Have since about 6 months.
