I don't have a successful method to suggest, just wanted to say that I'm in the same boat, also doing all the same things. I keep up a regular pumping schedule and even continue to do skin to skin with baby. Hoping to hear from others who've been able to increase their supply!
I'm combi feeding, but I'd say if you're going to add formula, I'd just add it to her night feeds first, bc you theoretically pump more at night AND when I started giving my man formula at night he slept so much longer! It keeps them fuller so they usually shave longer sleep stretches 👍🏻
Try Medela hand pump after using the electric pump. You can extract leftover milk from breast that the electric pump can’t using the hand pump. My lactation nurse had me do this to increase my supply
I’m also going through this currently. It’s really upsetting, but nice to know that it’s happening to other mamas. I hate waking up, feeding my son, then pumping, but it’s the only way I’ve kept up with my supply. It dips an ounce a day, but I’ll probably have to supplement soon.
Are you pumping overnight or early morning? I hate waking up, but usually pump the most between 2-5 am. Or could you add in one more pump session per day? I EP and produce about the same. Some days it seems like the baby eats way more and I have to use a small amount of formula or freezer stash to keep up during growth spurts, but then it seems to drop back down!
