If he has a lives with order contact the police. With that order they can remove the child.
Without the correct order, unfortunately it’s a court issue. Unless the police do a welfare check and he’s in danger.

His dad has full custody through the court but social and police won’t do anything until it goes back though court which will cost alot of money
