Speech delays/concerns

Hello everyone My little one is 3 on Sunday (can't believe it, where has time gone 🥺) At her two year check the health visitor was concerned about her speech (or lack of). They were supposed to arranged further assessment but it hasn't happened to date. The childminders have also raised their concerns about my girls speech. She can say hello Daddy, good bye, no, wow, she can sing nursery rhymes and count to ten. She will only say things when she wants to usually. How is your child's speech at this age? She also described as having "social difficulties". She doesn't interact much with the other children at the childminders. She is very fickle with who she will go to, interact with or be held by. She had attachment issues with me (severe after birth) which I feel caused a lot of this. She has the cutest little ways and her personality is beautiful but I feel like people only comment on the "other stuff". It's difficult to say as she's only young but I don't feel there are any serious developmental delays but should I be worried with everyone's concerns? I think she may just be misunderstood 😐
