Nap time 😴

Yes my little girl naps for around 1-2 hours most days, she goes bed at 7pm and she awake from around half 6am if she hasn't napped that day she will wake around 8am-9am, sometimes they can't help it if they've had a busy day

Mine naps, but it has to be absolute maximum 60 mins and awake absolutely no later than 2pm (ideally earlier 😂) and even then he doesn't go to sleep until 830 usually. It's the toddler limbo where he doesn't need a nap but he also doesn't not need a nap. It's hard to get him to nap early enough for it not to screw up bedtime, but if he doesn't he's then miserable for most of the afternoon 🥲

Yes most days he still naps. We have the odd day he can go straight through.

Yes pretty much naps every day for about 2 hours, goes to bed at 7.30pm and wakes at 7am. If he goes without a nap he is the most miserable boy ever!

See I wouldn't mind the day time nap if he still went to bed at bedtime 😪 but if and when he does have a day time nap he will not go to sleep before 10/10:30 as he just isn't sleepy . 😞
