What is this rash?
Help, what could this be? She had something similar but not as bad last week which we left because it cleared up with cream and she always gets little rashes when she has a cold.
Could this simply be exzema or does it look like early stages of chicken pox? She’s not poorly at all with it and I have always had quite bad dermatitis so it could be genetic? I just think it looks to spotty to be exzema?

I’m almost certain that’s not eczema. I agree, it’s too spotty, and it doesn’t have that “rough” look to it.
Is it hot where you are? It looks more like heat rash than anything. It’s along her diaper line, so it could also be a reaction to her diapers. My son had issues with Pampers, and looked like that. We switched to Huggies and I never saw it again.
My son always gets that after he’s had like the flu or a fever. Was she sick recently?
How old is she? Do you think it could be an allergic reaction? One of the reasons my daughter was diagnosed with CMPA is because of intermittent rashes like this
Yeah she seems to always get a rash after she’s been poorly but they’re always different and this is the strangest one yet it goes all the way up her tummy and she’s had it on the back of the shoulders all week too
Imo, it almost looks like a reaction to something like dairy or wheat.
Are you BF or formula feeding?
she’s two and she’s worn pampers since she was born so it can’t be that if anything possibly a reaction to food she will eat absolutely anything! I will probably take her the doctors, thank you!x
My daughter have the same thing, the doctor give me hydrocortisone and used vaseline until go back to normal.

I never said anything about diapers.
I would try cutting out dairy for a couple of weeks to see if that helps. My cousins daughter had a similar rash and she ended up having a dairy allergy.

This almost looks like little fire ant bites to me.
My daughter had something like that. We used aquaphor and it help after a few days
